While browsing the internet, I came across a small entry about Joseph Carnevale (21) being arrested in Raleigh, NC after creating this interesting traffic barrel monster. According to Very Weird News, the police chief's wife lost control of her car and crashed into some of the barrels down the road after seeing it. Here's the punch: the reason for her loss of control was that she was laughing too hard. Poor kid
