I think the circus is ripe with artistic possibilities. The type, the costume, the drama, the food—it's all open for the taking. All the worn posters and bright colors, slightly faded over time. Something about circuses and carnivals feels me with a sense of nostalgia. Whether it is the peanuts, popcorn, cotton candy or corn dogs, the circus world just makes me feel happy inside. This year, I might try to see the "Greatest Show on Earth."
