I like it when fashion hits the point where it is not functional or truly fashionable, but art instead. Paco Peregrín has a spectacular knack for creating true masterpieces of this kind for big name clients such as Nike or Diesel. Often, he does digital photography with Kattaca. Together, the works they create are quite stunning. Hit the jump for even more.

I feel that store windows are often overlooked. However, they are the embodiment of window shopping. What better time to window shop than the holidays? I hope all of you get a chance to view some very stunning windows this season. No telling what you may come across.

So, I've been blogging for four weeks as of today. Hopefully, those who read the posts here at newfoundJoye enjoy the content. I know it's all kind of sporadic, but that's sometimes how my thoughts are. Please continue to stop by whenever you like. If you've got eyes, I can find something for you to look at. I've been coming out with eye candy for a while now. Also, you can look forward to more game reviews and recommendations as well as author spotlights and do-it-yourself projects. Film reviews will be forthcoming and possibly more design and fashion. So, here's to you, the readers of newfoundJoye.
So, I'm sure many readers know that after Labor Day, it is taboo to wear white clothes. Over the years, fashion designers and fashionistas have fought to wear white any time of the year. However, I stick with tradition and put away my bright whites in favor of the subdued "winter white" that comes out about this time. Besides, it gets rainy and it's easier to get dirty. If you ever wanted to know why this is, check out this Time magazine article. It's always nice to know how traditions begin.
Not just the clothes at Daffy's are looking nice, but their really cool Flash site is very different. The floating menu, the bright colors, the huge images—take a look and see what you think. I think that the men's clothes look really stylish, so all you guys out there, think about trying Daffy's. Personally, I saw a jacket that I think is looking really awesome, but I must resist. The kitten comes first.
