Caravan Palace

I stumbled upon this and I thought it would be nice to share this with you. Caravan Palace (according to Wikipedia) "is a French electro-swing band based in Paris. The current band line-up consists of Sonia Fernandez Velasco (vocals and clarinet), Arnaud de Bausredon (guitar), Hugues Payen (violin), Camille Chapelière (clarinet), Charles Delaporte (double bass) and Antoine Toustou (electronics and trombone)." The music is really fun and exciting though. Check out the video below for more.

Graffiti with a meaning

If you have never heard of Banksy before, I am shocked; I am disappointed; and I pity you. Banksy is an English graffiti artist whose works are often satirical, political and amusing. You will find that some of his works were removed by the city while others are kept and maintained. For the full experience, check out his site. Seeing is believing, after all.

College students rest assured

When I was still in college, I remember pulling up Wikipedia to do hasty research about a topic before trekking to the library to do some real work. However, I would sometimes discover that the information gleaned from Wikipedia was not accurate and therefore, my light research was completely invalid. Thanks to WikiTrust, you can discover what is credible and probably fake with color-coded information. The basic idea is that the longer information remains on the page without edits, the more credible it becomes. Wouldn't this have been nice a few years ago? To learn a bit more about the new WikiTrust, check out this Wired article.
